Have recently appealed decision by DWP who reduced my son’s benefits from enhanced living and standard mobility down to standard living only. Waiting for date for Tribunal. This is the second time going to a Tribunal in 3 years. Have now received phone call from DWP saying they “think” they can reinstate award to what it was previously. My dilemma this - I think there is a very good case to be made for him receiving enhanced mobility. What do I do? Any advice or suggestions are very welcome.
