Have finally completed the first step for PIP over the phone. Currently claiming DLA. Was told that PIP2 will arrive to be completed within 14 days and if it has not arrived by three weeks to call them. I asked how long I get to complete it and send it back. The chappie couldn’t/wouldn’t tell me. Does anyone else know please? Many thanks. Am so grateful for this lifeline!
