my husband gets esa income related, I don't work, but my name is not on his claim, am I entitled to free dentist treatment ? just got a penalty charge for treatment ?
If he is receiving ESA(IR) then you are part of his claim even if you are not named.
You need to give them details of his ESA claim and specifically his full name, National Insurance Number and date of birth. Your husband should have received the ESA Annual Entitlement letter earlier this year, include a copy as well.
