Moved off income support to Universal Credit was created by NoOneIsListening

Any advice for someone being told that they are to lose their income support and child tax credit, including disability amount, and are to apply for Universal Credit? No significant change but must apply for UC?

The DWP cannot just move claimants to UC, something has to have happened with the claim that would result in a transfer.

Why is the person receiving IS?
