i have wrote a thread but i forgot to add .my husband was 65 on the 6th feb 2019 and i lodged the appeal on the 4th feb 2019 just 2 days before is 65th birthday .so will it be classed as 64 or will it be to late as 65 you can not get pip only attendance allowance .as he does not become a pensioner till july he can not claim attendance till then thank you
