HI
First time posted , I've been looking through the site to find any info on mobility affected by mental health , can any give me a link if there is one
Hope this makes sense
Looking for info to ask for a mandatory review ,recieved 0 on mobility and lowered care too .
I'm at a loss ,head foggy to start with so it's like trying understand Klingon

I'm in exactly the same situation, and I'm preparing my MR now.
They took my mobility off me because of my last job, ten years ago!
I failed an ESA MR last year, so I'm really hoping to get this one done properly.
Write a list of the decisions you dispute, and try to get some case law to back you up.
Tell your GP what they've got wrong, and see if they'll write a letter supporting the way your condition affects you.
Contact a welfare rights or law centre and get the best advice you can.
Good luck.
