I have recently heard about a payment from Mobility for people who have been moved from DLA to PIP and as a result have had their vehicle taken away. I understand this was for around £2000, to help people to buy another car. When did this start and is it still happening? Nobody mentioned this to me at all when I had to move to PIP and ended up losing my car. And is it too late to claim it?
