Hi,wondered if you can help, I have had severe depression, and suffer from anxiety for the last 30 years,I'm due a home assessment from capita ,at beginning of June ,which I'm getting really stressed about, can somebody please explain to me this process.
The assessor will ask you a number of questions. The number of questions asked depends on the assessor and the information you gave on the form and the evidence you submitted.
You can have someone with you at your assessment should you wish and you are able to record the session if you want to do so, (though you need to read the requirements for this).
