Am I right in seeing a post about sending a copy of your PIP claim to the decision maker as well? How do I find out what office is handling my claim when I'm a DLA transfer to PIP? Would it be the same office that handles my DLA or is it a totally different office?
I have looked all over the net and can't find any help.
You were brilliant when I applied for my ESA so am hoping you can help here.
You should return your PIP form with any additional evidence in the envelope that was sent to you. The return address is printed on the form and normally goes into the window envelope. That is the only place that your form needs to go to.
