Hey I’ve been waiting 8 weeks since getting my text to say dwp have all the info they needed to make a decision I rang today to be told the decision manager has asked capita for a supplementary report as they feel things that the assessor wrote were contradictory, the way the person I was speaking to on the phone they made me think they don’t believe the assessor from capita.
Is this a bad thing? Wot does this mean? My face to face was a strange one she asked me 3 questions that was all and spent most of the time typing and not speaking
I would not read anything into the comment from the call centre operative, they are not the DM and are unlikely in the extreme to know the mind of the DM.
It can be good or bad although more usually the former, you'll only know which when you receive the Decision.
