I am about to start filling the form in for my Daughter aged 30 who has a learning difficulty (moving over from DLA) Do I fill it in as Her describing how she struggles in her words or do I word it as her Father eg Mary has difficulty preparing a meal.
You can do whatever feels right for you, but when I fill in for other people I always talk in the 'third person' - eg Because of their arthritis and lack of manual dexterity X needs supervision to prepare a basic meal.
