I have a copy of my medical notes for the last year. I am hoping that I won't need to use them as I have already put in my application. However, there is information that might be useful in appeal. ...if necessary.
My query is this.....there is an email from my GP to my CPN highlighting difficulties I was having. There is also a reply from my CPN on the same sheet of paper which unfortunately. ..to me....sounds a bit dismissive and makes it sound as though once this ESA application is over, then I will be ok. Is it wrong to photocopy the sheet that shows my GP letter but not the reply from my CPN and only show them this? I know she wouldn't have meant to be dismissive and if I asked her, she would write something to highlight the problems I have.
Lastly....I am wondering, should I just send them it now? The welfare rights worker advised me not to send too much....he said that sometimes this is actually detrimental. His advice feels wrong but to be fair, he helped me with PIP and I got it without a f2f.
