ESA 50, again, Daughter on Higher Rate PIP was created by David Collins
Hi, I have received an ESA 50 form/questionnaire to fill in for my daughter, even though she has been told twice that she wouldn't have to do this again. She also receives the higher rate of PIP. I'm not sure why they are sending this form out again, they (DWP) have tried to downgrade her awards in the past but failed. Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

If she has received an ESA50 then it must be completed or she risks losing her benefit, exemption from further reassessment only started last year and require a further WCA to be done before the DWP can make a decision on this.

if you have not done so before, use our ESA Claim guides to help you complete the forms.
