DLA indefinite, converting to PIP - nutrition

Hi, I wonder if I could get some advice on taking nutrition/meals. I’m filling out my forced change from DLA to PIP. Since last September I have my meals prepared and delivered to me, and I just microwave them, as I can’t prepare my own, I’m too dangerous in the kitchen and was living on toast. Should I mention this, or would it be seen as being able to take enough nutrition etc. (They are nutritionally balanced for me)
Thank you in advance.

Taking Nutrition looks at the issues you would have with eating it does not concern itself with the food that you are eating and how it has been prepared and cooked, this would all come under the Preparing Food activity.

You need to concentrate on why you cannot prepare and cook a simple meal, why an aid would not allow you to overcome these problems and why assistance or supervision from someone else would not help to complete the activity.

Gordon, can I /should I send photos of injuries I have sustained as a result of my disabilities? On the DLA-PIP conversion? As part of my medical evidence.

Should I send in photographs of injuries I have received due to my disability. Would this be considered as evidence?
Regards in advance.
