Invitation to a Compliance’ interview - why am I being asked to go under threat of losing ESA when an in SG - transferred from contributory IB to Contribition based ESA in 2011. Are others receiving these threatening letters?
There are different reasons why a letter for a compliance interview can be sent out. it could a random selection, it could be because something has been flagged but even if it is the latter, it does not mean that there is a case to answer. You are certainly not the only person on the forum to have been sent such a letter.
