I have a long-term progressive neurological condition, for which I get the higher rate of PIP for both daily living and mobility. In the past I have used the VAT Exemption form to get discounts on relevant products (i.e. that relate to my condition). Recently I started to employ a professional cleaning service to clean my flat twice a month. I use the service as I am not physically capable of doing my own cleaning. Would I be able to claim back the VAT on this service and would the company have to send off a VAT exemption form each time? Thanks
