Hi Today I have received my ESA 50 form . It has been just under 2 years ago that I filled in my last one and I had a f2f in JAN 18. May I ask if I have to include all of my medical evidence again ? or will they have it on record ? I think it may be best to send all my copies again and all the latest evidence I have since my last reassessment . Do you agree ? Many Thanks
Send in any medical evidence past and present that you have available. When you are answering the questions make sure that you answer them in detail even if you are ticking the box that says unchanged.
