Hi I recently re-applied for PIP as I had been diagnosed with fybro and arthritis, existing condition was Anxiety Disorder and chronic depression. I was getting standard rate care for mental health having lost low rate mobility when going from DLA to PIP. Thanks to all the information I was awarded enhanced care. My point in writing this is that I was not asked about public transport I was however quizzed about driving my car, obviously my license is my independence to get to Drs collect prescription etc, so I was afraid they’d, Capita NI, involve DVLA. I just wanted to let others know about this and perhaps it’s something that could be included in your brilliant advice. Thanks so much.
