After attending my fitness for work assessment today the assessor told me she was writing to my dr to say my mental health has deteriorated within the last three months and is struggling with low motivation. She gave me a copy of the letter she's written and told me to take it into my dr on my next appointment. Have anyone else had to do this?
I do know of one person with mental health problems who had a similar experience and it was because the assessor was concerned about them. If she gave you a copy you know what has been said.
