Hi I’ve been on high mobility and low care for 12 years and care needs have increased for last few years . Thought I’d have been invited to change to pip long ago but no invite as yet. Any advice on what to do - do I ask dla to get assessmed for pip or will they automatically do this? Thanks for advice
If you choose to report a change of circumstances to the DWP for your DLA they will more than likely suggest you move to PIP, or you can wait until you are invited to apply as you will be eventually. The length of time you have been on DLA has no bearing on when you are sent the letter to change to PIP.
