www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/ESA1 Fibromyalgia affects people differently, when you complete an appeals form you need to state how the condition affects you in everyday activities, have you been referred to the pains clinic? if yes, what was the outcome? that is one of the questions a tribunal will always ask.
Fibromyalgia is a condition that I am starting to see more and more of, a few years ago it was rarely mentioned.
