Hi ,I have been reading my face to face report and noticed the assessor has a 3 year review, because she thinks my pain management will be better then ,although significant change to my functional restrictions due to my degenerative condition is unlikely. I have been taking my pain relief which is tramadol since 2004 and amitriptyline since 2010 ,do you think I should speak to dwp about this ,or wait for the decision.
You will have to wait for the decision and then when it comes, the only way you can challenge the length of your award or the award itself is through the mandatory reconsideration process. Be aware that not many people are reporting success in getting the length of their award extended either at the Mandatory Reconsideration stage or at Tribunals.
