PIP forms was created by Lucy McGrother
HI
my partner has finally been given the paperwork to start her transfer to PIP from DLA.
is it ok to give the answers using print outs rather than handwriting it in the form?
thanks in advance

Hi Lucy

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claim...q/general-faq#Gen140

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

If you have difficulties in writing then ask DWP if they can send you an electronic form to complete on a computer, if you want to print out the answer for each question and glue it onto the application form then I would suggest that you initial each answer that you paste onto the questionnaire
