My daughter has been on ESA for just over a year. Three months ago, she as asked by the DWP to resubmit her application for he annual review (I think it was), so we did that. Part of her application included a doctor's note saying that being interviewed would be harmful to her health. We have not heard anything back from the DWP and her ESA is still being paid. Do I assume that she has been awarded a continuation of her claim, and that they are not going to interview her? Or could it be that they are going to stop her claim and recclaim all that they have paid her since March?
