PIP Assessment reporting "new issues" was created by AlexBloomsbury
I’ve just had a date for my PIP assessment (2 weeks away) but, having had several further problems/tests since my claim in May, should I contact the DWP to tell them of these?

Yes, send a copy to the DWP, same address as your form and take a copy to any assessment that you might have and ask the assessor to read the information before they start the interview.
