face to face - told me what I'd be awarded was created by tarka
Just had my f2f assessment at home which only took 25 minutes to complete. She never looked around in other rooms, didn't ask me to stand up or do any other actions. She told me that my consultants letters were very clear and understandable and that I would qualify for the enhanced rate for both.
Is this normal or is it to good to be true? I do know her information now goes to the decision makers but what's the chance of any changes
My disabilities are rheumatoid arthritis and epilepsy which I've suffered with for forty years.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

No, it's not normal, assessors are told not to discuss their recommendation with the claimant.
You can request a copy of the assessment report next week by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim.

I had the decision maker change the points I was awarded to values lower than the assessor had put in her report - so yes it does happen.

Hi Gordon, I rang the DWP today - 18th July, and asked if I could be sent a copy of the assessors report, as you explained I could in your reply to my first question. She told me I could only get this copy after I've received the decision makers letter, (could take up to 6 weeks) as the decision maker may have to contact the assessor again.
Could this be true or have you or any one else heard different?

Try ringing again, if you are not in Northen Ireland then there is no reason why the report should not be released.

Tarka for ESA you can't have copy until after decision, for PIP you can.
