Hello
Il be moving soon from my rented accommodation and il be having a mortgage with my partner who’s on a high salary 40k
I have ESA income related and contributions element I’m assuming I will just lose the income related part - would this affect if we got married?

It's not whether you are married or not but whether you live together as a couple that will affect the payment of your ESA(IR), your ESA(CB) will not be affected.
