compliance concerns

I have just read on this forum that people are suppose to inform DLA of changes regarding income, my husband left his work before state retirement age and currently lives off his small private pension, was he meant to tell them this change, his pension is lower than his wages were ????

I'm not sure what you have read but DLA is not a means tested benefit and there is no requirement for the claimant to inform the DWP about their income or savings.
