Hi I'm new here, my sister pointed me to you all as I had a letter to say my DLA is ending and I need to claim pip. The first thing I have to do is phone them with such things as doctor address, my account details etc. Does that mean I have already started the claim by the phone call ? I have not been well for 2 weeks + so couldn't get my head round the letter. It says I have to claim by the 1st August. Will they be asking me more questions during this call? Thank you.
