Hi Meg Thank you so much for your invaluable advice i will have a look on the help pages again for more tips. I am just penning a letter regarding his problems and its so very difficult not to contradict what the assessor had put but i do understand what your saying and i will resist writing anything about what she had put. My problem is that she had put adequate vision test?never happened also grip was adequate because he was handling an elastic band and paperwork when infact it was his faulty hearing, aid that he took out with his good hand and held it. But thanks to the great advice i will get it right in the end and write it correctly. I feel a little guilty not explaining enough to him that he will be watched from the moment i wheeled him into the room but i doubt he would of been able to take all the information in. Anyway im still waiting for his gp letter to send off so i will let the forum know what happens good news or bad. Meg i wish you and yours all the very best of luck and thank you again.
