Hi to all,
Just a quickie as in regards to incontinence issues.
If after an episode of incontinence occurs, and I need to either change my pad, or also change my clothes, as I'm either wet or smelling of urine.
Does the having to change clothes mean this is an aid.
Or does having to carry some fresh clean clothing with me, class as an aid.
The point i'm making is having to change into fresh clean clothing after episode of incontinence, should mean that the changing of clothing is a necessity, therefore should be considered as in scoring points.
Oh and finally in the use this space boxes, which are relative small. One can obviously not in all instances give enough details. would it be ok just to write something in the use this space box...… please refer to additional page named ..esa50 question 9, page 12 bowels and bladder for full details.
And then having given the assessor a reference to refer to an answer. all extensive details can then be read by the assessor .
Thanks for your reading
Kind regards to all.

OK, You have misunderstood what an aid is but it does not matter as ESA assumes the use of aids where appropriate, so it does not matter whether they are or not.
The need to change your clothing is part of the Descriptor so you will not score unless you have to change.
Using additional pages for your answers is fine, just make sure they have your full name and NIN is on each page and I would number them "page X of Y".
