Can anyone tell me whether video evidence can be used at a PIP hearing? I am helping a friend with an appeal and their family has asked me if they can show a video of one of the numerous panic attacks.
Much of the case revolves around depression, agitation, panic attacks, personality disorder etc.
I would also contact the Clerk of the Court at the venue, you need to ask the Judge in charge of your hearing whether they are willing to see the evidence.
