I have to admit I rushed my form, I attempted suicide last October and ended up with open heart surgery and sectioning too. 2 yrs ago I had to fight a PIP decision, so was not expecting this one. I am epileptic and obviously have mental health issue's (there is a dispute with the mental health provider, because they only gave me phone contact up to the event) I also have spasity of the right leg after many operations on my foot. Please Gordon all evidence sent in, any advise. Shocked I am going through this yet again! Did contact DWP and they have not seen evidence which I really find strange

Remember, you are talking to someone in a call centre who has no visibility of your claim forms or anything attached.
If you are still concerned then take a copy of the evidence to the interview and ask the assessor to read it and include it in your file for return to the DWP.
