I can't tell you how you should answer this. You know the difficulties you have in terms of communicating. You need to say what symptoms you experience and what impact they have on your ability to communicate with other people and in order to score you will have to show that in order to communicate you need the support of a trained person to be able to express yourself or understand what is being said to you (even if you don't have access to the support).
