DLA claimants are being selected at random so you could receive an invitation tomorrow or in a years time.
As long as you have a PIP award before you reach State Retirement Age then it will continue after SRA providing you continue to meet the criteria.
Be aware that you cannot be awarded the Mobility component once you are over SRA or have an existing award increased, so you should consider whether any award that is made is accurate in terms of your mobility.
Both of the above rules are suspended during the transfer process you can receive a PIP award with Mobility even if you are over 65 when invited.
