Pip mr

where do we stand,i asked for extra time time to get papers in for MR for PIP for which they agreed to and they have gone ahead without them..i dont have name but do have time and date,it was a lady also,I' wasn't made aware of what was the deadline date it had to be back.

how long is it since you requested the MR?

You have two options;

- You can try and push for another MR, the DWP are under no obligation to do one but they sometimes do

- You can continue on to appeal.
