Hi I have received my pip review form pip.1043, but I'm a bit confused soI have a few questions.

On each activity on the form asks u three questions , 1, tell us if something has changed and approximately when.
2.tell us how u manage this activity now including the use of any aids u need and question 3, tell us about any changes to the help you need or help you get from another person.

So in the question about if something has changed and approximately, if nothing has changed can I write no change?

In question 2, tell us how u manage this activity now? Do i have to answer this if It there is no change? Or do I still have to answer it? it says how u manage this activity now, but what do I write if I still can't manage this activity?Do I say due to my health problems I can't manage activity etc

Thirdly question about any changes u need or help from another person again if there is no changes to help I need again can I put no change again?

I'm mainly confused about second question how u manage this activity now? Do i still go into detail about I manage it or can't manage it or again can I put no change to how I manage activity now?

Yes, for question 1 you can answer "no change"

Yes, you have to answer question 2, treat it in the same way as you did on your original PIP2 and answer in detail.

Although you could answer this with "no change" I would recommend that you again answer this in detail.

Hi after sending the pip review form back in end of September, I received a letter from I as saying a health care professional has looked at my form and they would contact the people in my care, but I spoke to my psychiatrists Secretary and she said that they haven't heard from them or my doctor? Is that letter they sent me common?

Anyway I have now received a txt for a face to face in 3 weeks time,
When I sent renewal form back i enclosed some letters from my pscychiatrist and doctor and esa e85a letter putting me in support group.

psychiatrist letter and doctors letter was dated december last year and esa from January this year was that too old?

I have a new pscychiatrist now as my old one has left and I saw him recently and he has written me an up to date letter, I have a question should in send it to ias or take it with me to face to face ? If I send it in before medical could that stop me having to go to face to face? Also where should I send it? Any help be nice thanks

Send it now, as you say it might remove the need for you to attend a face to face. I would contact IAS for an address but failing that send it to the Assessment Centre where you appointment is.
