ESA50

I am currently off work sick, however still have a job. I am awaiting a decision on ill health retirement and have exhausted SSP, therefore I made a claim for Contributory based ESA. As I s am currently employed, am I required to fill in the ESA 50?

Yes, you have not been awarded ESA you are only receiving the Assessment rate at the moment and must be assessed as to whether it can be awarded in the long term.
