Yes, I only discovered this the other day. I'd assumed that the phrasing of what it said about members' forums meant that you couldn't access them unless you were a paid-up member and were signed in. It was quite a shock to find I was wrong!
(Perhaps someone could change the wording on the website to make this a bit clearer?)
