pip

hi in december 2016 i transfered from dla to pip i was awarded standard rate for both i put in a man rec but came back with the same result that was march 2017 in december 2018i had another medical was awarded standard care high rate mobility i needed a up to date award letter in march this year and another in the last few weeks they both state i was awarded low care and high rate mobility from march 2017 that was when i got a failed man rec letter until march 2022 i have spoken at length with dwp and they cant give me an answer as the cannot see the the up to date award notice on there computers they advised to write in but worried it might trigger another medical any advice please
