PIP Assessor

Just wondering if anyone knows if the PIP assessor who carried out my assessment will be informed that I have asked for a mandatory reconsideration and a tribunal appeal?(if required) The report was an absolute joke, full of personal opinions & exaggerations. It conveniently excluded relevant information we gave her at the time. It also stated that I refused a physical examination which is a downright lie.

I believe that the Assessment Provider is informed but it would then be down to them to then inform the assessor, my understanding is that in the majority of cases they don't pass the information on.
