Today, 29/10/2019, I received a letter saying that the DWP had all the information they need to decide if they can award me PIP. The letter was dated 23/10/2019. The Face to Face Assessment was three weeks ago. I am unclear as to the significance of this letter. Therefore I would be grateful if you would clarify and indicate its significance. Thanks.
It means exactly what it says so they have received the assessment report from the assessor and any additional information that they might have sourced, the next activity is for them to make a Decision.
You can request a copy of the report by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim.
