hi support worker posted important papers for me to dwp sent them signed for instead of guaranteed or tracked its shows they delivered with signature but at 'royal mail do' which sw said could be delivery office? royal mail cant help and dwp havent so far is that normal will they make it to them . I'm sorry, but it's not possible to give you a satisfactory answer to your question. Some members have been reporting hold-ups with papers being held up at the royal mail office. Whether this has happened to you, I do not know. You will have to keep contacting the DWP to check whether the papers have been received.
