I have read the report by Atos and i disagree with 6 answers out of the 12 questions. The DWP are looking at the decision again. Do i need to fill up a mandatory reconsideration form now?
You say that the DWP are already looking at the Decision, this implies that an MR has been started, did you do this when you requested the report?
You do not have to submit anything for the MR but the DWP are unlikely to revise the Decision if you do not.
If you are going to send something in then you need to contact the DWP to tell them this or you risk the MR Decision being made before you have sent anything, they should give you four weeks but this will start from when the MR was requested and includes postage time.
