You are not a pest. If you have questions you should ask. I am not an assessor - so cannot give you a definite answer on what will or will not be awarded. However, if a person needs supervision every day - you should say so on Q6 B. I should mention the time as 35 minutes as that is probably longer than it takes someone without a disability to have a shower. Be clear on the need for supervision.
