I feel worse change of circumstance with PIP

Dear Advisers

I have been on DLA Indefinite award for many years and had my change to PIP assessment two weeks ago. I have already asked for and received the medical assessment and was prepared for too few points and I feel confident in asking for the Man Rec and if necessary the appeal.
The thing in I feel ill and the arthritis in my feet is getting worse, making me almost unable to walk. How do I report a change of circumstances ( I filled in the how your disability affects you form in June ) telling them this, as at the moment I am still on DLA but waiting for the transfer to PIP.

You need to have suffered from a limitation for three months before it can be taken into account for PIP, so you can either inform them now, the advantage is that it may be taken into account now even though an award could not be immediately made but it may require referral back to the assessor which at the least will delay the process, or you can inform them in three months but the disadvantage of this would be that it could trigger a new assessment process.

hmmm so either way I might be back for another assessment at ATOS. I am sorry but I cannot do that again, or any time soon. I know I will have to go thru it all again in 2 years
