I was on DLA indefinite and got told to apply for PIP. Sent forms off 23 August, and had f2f assessment 16th october. Report was sent very quickly to DWP as I managed to request and receive a copy less than a week later. DWP then sent me a letter saying they had all the information they needed to make a decision and I didn't need to contact them again.. BUT, in the meantime my Blue Badge (which I rely on a lot) has expired. Any suggestions for what I can do to either get my Blue Badge, or hurry up the final decision?

I'm afraid there is no real way around the wait unless you put in an application based on your current DLA award but that could easily have been terminated by the time that your Local Authority looks at your BB claim because a Decision on your PIP has been made.
Have you checked with the DWP whether a Decision has been made yet?

I haven't checked whether a decision has been made because they sent me a letter saying they had all the information they needed and I didn't need to contact them. I have been keeping a check on my bank account as I know sometimes you get a payment before actually getting the notification, but nothing there either. I guess I should give them a call.
