Permitted work during wait for ESA appeal

Hi

Does anyone know if you can do permitted work if you are asking for ESA to be reinstated whilst awaiting an appeal?

I have been working and DWP have said I must leave my job if I want ESA reinstated during this period but was wondering if I "left my job" and then got reinstated on the Assessment Rate ESA until the appeal, can I then put in a Permitted Work form if I got my job back?

I hope this makes sense. Sorry...I will be devastated to have to give up my job but would be better off on ESA, unless I can do both.

Thanks

See my reply to your previous post.

Yes, you can do PW while appealing, whether it is a good idea or not is another matter depending on which of the ESA Descriptors you hope to meet.

My apologies Gordon.

I didn't think my previous post had submitted correctly!

I have just had a call back from the DWP and they are calling me back after checking their regulations!

Thanks again
