ESA medical appointment

Hi, I’m looking for advice about my medical appointment. I’m feeling really anxious about it. I have just recently been to one for my PIP (mental health) and now this ! I’m planning on taking my husband but do I need to take anything else with me or will they have all the medical evidence? I’m really struggling with the thought of an other medical!

The assessor should have a copy of your ESA50 and any evidence that you attached, our ESA Claim guide has details of the assessment and the questions that you are likely to be asked.
