Hi I intend to call tomorrow to request a copy of my F2F Assessment Report and wondered what the correct name for this is does it have a reference number? I will also follow it up by sending a written request for the report by recorded delivery.
Just ask the call handler for the PIP assessment report. They will know what you are talking about. Just be aware a couple of members have been told they can't have their report. This was obviously by a call handler that didn't know what they were doing. Most people get theirs easily.
